Glary Electric Shines at the 2026 Beijing International Welding Exhibition, New Products Attract Global Attention13

On the first day of the exhibition, Glary's booth attracted thousands of domestic and overseas visitors, resulting in multiple purchase intent agreements and ODM strategic partnerships.

Exhibition Highlights

At the recently opened 2026 Beijing International Welding Exhibition, Shenzhen Glary Electric Co., Ltd. made a stunning appearance under the theme "Smart Welding - Empowering Industry 4.0." As a leading welding solution provider in South China, Glary Electric showcased its latest innovations at this year's exhibition, including the FlexiMIG 500DP digital dual-pulse welder, the FlexiMIG 500H multi-function welding platform, and a collaborative robot arc welding system, comprehensively demonstrating the company's major breakthroughs in ultra-low spatter waveform control technology and IoT group control processes.

The 2026 Beijing International Welding Exhibition brought together over 500 exhibiting companies from more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, with a total exhibition area exceeding 50,000 square meters. Glary Electric's booth in Hall E3 spans 120 square meters, featuring a design dominated by tech blue and industrial black tones, complemented by a dynamic welding demonstration area that attracted a large number of professional visitors.

Key Product Highlights

The FlexiMIG 500DP digital dual-pulse welder was the star product at this exhibition. Built on Glary's independently developed fourth-generation DSP digital control platform and paired with an advanced dual-pulse waveform algorithm, this product enables precise control of each droplet transfer mode during welding, achieving fish-scale weld bead appearances comparable to TIG welding. During the live demonstration, technicians used 1.2mm wire to weld on 3mm carbon steel plates, and the ultra-low spatter results earned unanimous praise from the professionals in attendance.

The collaborative robot arc welding system also drew significant attention. The system deeply integrates a 6-axis collaborative robot with Glary's digital welding machine, allowing programming to be completed through drag-and-drop teaching, greatly lowering the barrier to entry for automated welding implementation. The live demonstration showcased a batch welding process for automotive seat frames, with a cycle time of only 45 seconds per unit, and the weld consistency and production efficiency left a deep impression on visitors.

International Cooperation Achievements

On the first day of the exhibition, Glary Electric conducted in-depth negotiations with over 20 clients from countries including Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and India. Among these, an annual ODM supply framework agreement was reached with a well-known German welding equipment brand, with the first batch of orders exceeding 3 million euros. In addition, exclusive distribution agreements were successfully signed with partners in Brazil and India, laying a solid foundation for Glary's entry into the South American and South Asian markets.

The General Manager of Glary Electric stated at the exhibition: "This is our largest and most effective exhibition participation in recent years. Through face-to-face communication with international clients, we have gained a clearer understanding of demand trends in the global welding market. Going forward, we will continue to increase our R&D investment and launch more internationally competitive welding products."
