Full-process ODM customization and one-stop industrial smart welding technical support, making manufacturing simpler
FAQ / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Glary Electric's self-developed digital pulse welding machines (such as the FlexiMIG series) come with multiple mainstream industrial bus protocols built in, supporting Profinet, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus over Ethernet, and more. They achieve plug-and-play and fully closed-loop digital communication with major collaborative robots including KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA, ABB, and other domestic and international brands.
Yes. Glary Electric has a dedicated "Smart Welding Process Lab" equipped with high-precision waveform testers and tensile testing systems. Customers can provide sheet metal samples, and our application engineers will perform custom development and debugging of welding process parameters and output waveforms, and can load specific material welding waveform data packages into the equipment.
Our smart welding machines come with a built-in remote communication gateway. Connected via local Ethernet or an optional wireless module, our engineers can provide remote diagnostics. When Glary releases new welding waveform programs, customers receive free online system firmware upgrade packages, with lifetime access to our latest material database support.
Yes. Our digital welding machines are equipped with standard industrial Ethernet ports and wireless modules, supporting Glary Electric's proprietary "Cloud Welder Group Control System." Users can monitor welding current, voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow in real time, as well as perform weld quality traceability and equipment efficiency (OEE) statistical analysis.
Typically, from receiving the workpiece sampling requirements, process evaluation, and output of the 3D design plan to final equipment assembly and factory integration testing, the customization cycle is approximately 30 to 45 days. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the workpiece and the level of automation integration required.
We provide a dual guarantee of "remote diagnostics + on-site service." 90% of software and parameter issues can be resolved through remote online tuning via the built-in gateway. If on-site support is needed, our engineers will arrive at the customer's site within 24 hours (within the province) or 48 hours (outside the province) to provide repair and spare parts support.
Technical Guarantee & Service System / GUARANTEE
For equipment operational faults, Glary Electric's technical team provides 24-hour phone/online remote diagnostic services. For domestic projects, engineers can be dispatched for on-site debugging and support within as fast as 24 hours.
We provide in-depth theoretical and practical courses on "robot programming + welder process debugging" for customers' technical personnel, with tailored assessment standards to help customers quickly build their own skilled workforce.
We establish joint debugging and development partnerships with customers, gaining deep understanding of end-user material requirements. We conduct joint sampling for specialty metal materials such as aluminum, magnesium, and duplex steel, breaking through industry technology barriers.
Product documentation, user manuals, and the built-in equipment control system support multiple mainstream languages including Chinese, English, German, and Spanish, fully supporting ODM partners' global factory distribution needs.
