The InnoMIG DPI series double-pulse gas-shielded welding machines adopt 60kHz high-frequency inverter technology and digital control technology with an ARM chip as the control core, capable of adjusting welding output voltage and current waveforms at high speed. The welding arc is stable and the machine can operate continuously at full load even in harsh environments. Suitable for all kinds of automated welding applications, it is a multi-functional digital double-pulse gas-shielded welding machine with outstanding performance.
The InnoMIG DPI series combines MIG, high-speed MIG, pulse, double pulse and deep-penetration pulse functions, capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys and other materials. Its arc striking, burn-back and ball removal performance is excellent, making it suitable for harsh environments in heavy-industry fields.
The InnoMIG DPI series can be equipped with a robot communication interface for easy connection to robotic arc welding systems.
